Please install the remote maintenance tool at https://www.artidomo.eu/fernwartung in advance.

For Mac OS, please go to Preferences – Privacy under Accessibility, Screen Recording and under Full Disk Access the Teamviewer Quick Support App. The normal Teamviewer software is not suitable.
